Every body admires a well toned ripped body. Getting ripped is all about dedication and hardwork. If you are going to just sit there and diet and think you are going to get ripped I can assure you that you are not going to see any results, the only results you are going to see is just you losing weight. But you want that toned ripped muscle that why you are going to hit the gym. And when I mean you are going to hit the gym I don't mean you are going to the gym to stare at people working out, you have to go there with full dedication to workout. You can workout for like 45 minutes to 1hour. It all depends on how well you use your time. Practically any one can get ripped , it doesn't matter how fat you are it all depends on time and how much dedication you put in. What you give is what you get that how life works. Generally it takes more time for a fat person to get ripped compared to a skinny person trying to get ripped.
